The most common use for these spices is as a chimichurri sauce for steak, but why stop there? This blend is great on veggies, grilled chicken, fish, soups, and more!
Here are some ideas:
- Drizzle over egg whites or a sunny side egg
- Add to mayonnaise or mustard to use as a spread for sandwiches, hot dogs and burgers
- Add to salads and soups
- Add to your favorite steak
- Season kabobs
- Use to season chicken and fish
- Sprinkle over pizza
If you make a chimichurri sauce (add water, vinegar and oil to spice mix), you can:
- Use as a dip for bread, veggies or chips
- Use as a sandwich spread
- Use to marinate meats before cooking
- Add to roasted veggies
- Add to chicken burritos
- Dab on carnitas tacos
Keep in mind that these two chimichurri spice mixes do not contain salt, so salt to taste!
